Pricing Made Easy
Do you know the feeling, you never really understand how much it costs or why
it costs as much as is quoted. We try to have a transparent pricing philosophy
applicable to everybody!!
However do not approach our pricing as rocket science, a lot of services are
priced as an indication because it is just different all the time.
Hollandia Home services only charges for the
services delivered. There is no monthly subscription fee, no registration fee
or any other form of service charges.
Billing & Payment
Our billing is on a monthly cycle. The cut-off date for each billing period
is the last day of the month.
Hollandia Home services will send your monthly
statement by post and you can choose to pay by cheque or internet banking.
Discount & Benefits
Maybe you noticed that we try to be as cost effective as possible and this
is reflected in our very competitive prices. Therefore we do not make it our policy
to give general discounts, we rather keep the prices low. Of course there are
some additional service benefits to make life more easy & hassle free for
you, totally in line with our normal strategy.
In general one time services above $500.00 per item require a 50% cash advance.
Hollandia Home services will not levy GST (currently
7%) for any of the delivered services, which means an additional benefit compared
to other suppliers who do levy GST.
For your convenience we included all the price tables for the different services
below, which gives you a good overview of prices & services delivered.

* Prices only as part of regular cleaning package, minimum amount of fan coils is 3 The following rules of thumb can be used to determine the frequency of your
cleaning:
- Less then 4 hours per day: Half-Yearly
- Between 4 to 12 hours per day: Quarterly
- Between 8 to 16 hours per day: Bi-Monthly
- From 16 to 24 hours per day: Monthly
We recommend to include a chemical cleaning once a year to avoid higher electricity
consumption and lower cooling capacity.
Of course we will not be able to say the price of the maintenance without seeing
your garden. But there are some guidelines around this. It depends on the amount
of trees you have, what the slope of your grass is, the amount of leaves falling
every day and of course the general state of the garden at the moment the services
start.
As a price indication: for a normal sized garden
this service will be $ 250.- or less a month.
The pricing of this service is related to the individual needs and living environment
of the customer. Therefore we would like to make an appointment and price this
service for you as cost-effective as possible tailored around your individual
needs.
